Many people want to get a high level at the beginning of running. I have the same idea. But actually it is wrong. I think I have to tell people several proper running tips to improve their running efficiency. Firstly we have to keep energy and start running in a slow speed. The most important thing is that we have to continue running. Although this kind of running needs some patience, it is the best advice of jogging. This is my critical experience. When initiating project, I advice to select jogging. The intensity of running is not important. Running can exercise your endurance and patience. When you start jogging, short time is your best choice. According to your environment condition, you can decide to run for 10 minutes or 20 minutes. The most critical thing is that runner has to do a comfortable exercise. If you can stand this kind of running exercise you had better continue training for a week or two weeks. And then you can increase running time to 30 minutes.

We had better do a jogging schedule. If you are a running beginner, you should keep running for 10 minutes. You shall begin from walking and make your walking and running plan. Such as at the first week, you can walk for 10 minutes and then jogging 10 minutes. You have to gradually increase your running time and decrease your walking time. In a time, if you are able to run for 30 minutes continuously, you are a successful runner. A large amount of physical experts suggest that jogging is a good habit. It is easy to establish a good habit by persisting jogging. However the aim of jogging is to make people feel happy and relax. The most critical thing is to make you exercise everyday. Sometimes runner will go swimming or riding bicycle to rest their bodies. In fact jogging is a piece of cake. Having a rest is also an important factor of successful running. There are a lot of joggers want to increase physical power by intense running.

Therefore people forget how to care about their muscles and figures. If you put pressure on muscles, they will grow. But the thing is the muscle need to rest. Doing much exercise will stop the improvement of your muscle. So the best way to become stronger is to have a good rest. Under the circumstances you can be full of physical power. It is a good way to recover your muscles. The most exciting part of running is to take part in the game. When you finish a month running, you can be in for some long distance running match. Now some runners will be nervous about attending games. Because they don't have confidence and strength. In every match, you will see many strong contestants. People should love jogging and walking. When you are running, you shall behave politely. Players shouldn't be at the top of the team without the confidence of winning. People who run in a slow speed should stand at the behind of the team. Long time later people can realize that jogging is a good way to strength body.
