For 25-year-old Jyoti Khadse, who is preparing to appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT) that is just three weeks away, Saturday’s workshop on ways to the prepare for the exam proved to be very useful. “I didn’t know we are not supposed to spend more than 10 seconds on one question. Now, I will be mentally prepared to solve the paper with high speed and accuracy,” said Khadse.
The two-and-half-hour workshop ‘Mission MBA’ organised by Hindustan Times and CPL, a training institute for CAT aspirants, was held at Rangsharda Auditorium, Bandra, and was attended by almost 500 students with diverse academic backgrounds.
The month-long test will be conducted online for a month from October 27 to November 24. “The workshop was excellent. They told us what to study in the last three weeks. Now, I have enough inputs to prepare for the last few days,” said Sandeep Chandore, who will appear for the exam on October 27.
Apart from CAT, the workshop also focused on other MBA Entrance Test for admission into other colleges offering management degrees. Also, the workshop not only guided aspirants appearing for CAT this year, but also turned out to be an introductory session for those wanting to take the test next year.
