Today it has become difficult to find skilled labor. It is one of the major concerns everywhere and because of this reason countries are lacking behind in many aspects. A lot of industries including cement, steel and design industries are affected by labor proficiency. These sectors mainly suffer because of this reason and this is why many of construction projects are facing serious setback. However, the major reasons behind this delay are transportation delay of equipments, payment failures and critical environmental conditions. In order to escape these failures, the consultants and designers for construction management are engaged.
The role played by a construction management consultant is to help in organizing all the processes that are in the designing and construction and also ensuring that the delivery of stuffs is on time. In fact, they do a lot of responsible work by summarizing all the work done in a day and making a list of everything that is used in the project. Top of all, the consultants evaluate the project that involves the evaluation of financial and physical possibility of the project. For Hydraulic Services, this is maintained by AHSCA (The Association of Hydraulic Services Consultants Australia).
The association of hydraulic services consultants is the association of consultants and designers involved in the design, specification and evaluation of hydraulic and fire protection systems such as sanitary, hot and cold water plumbing, and storm water drainage, fire services and gas services. The association serves as a platform for the exchange of information, rules, methods and procedures between members with a common interest. The AHSCA performs towards solving of problems which affect those sections of industry for which they are accountable in hydraulic and fire protection service.
The Objectives of AHSCA:
-
To encourage the development of hydraulic and fire protection services design
-
To combine hydraulic services and fire protection consultants
-
To develop and elevate the technical knowledge of persons involved in hydraulic and fire protection services and design
-

-
To result in greater assistance and understanding between the members of the association and all the professional bodies related to the building industry
