We all are probably familiar with the word nanny and their works. Recently, a new trend has come up of employing mannies. Mannies are nothing but male nannies. This profession is also liked by a lot of males. Many of the most famed celebrities have employed mannies to look after their young kids at home in their absence. The conception that men cannot look after the babies and run the house properly in the nonexistence of the women in the house is a thing of the past. Still there is national debate that whether mannies are perfect household managers or their hiring is just a latest craze. That mammies have become famous in the more developed countries is evident from the fact that a lot of movies are made their based on this subject. The popularity of them is proved by the fact is the whole-hearted acceptance of such movies by the spectators. To add more, a lot of big stars have enacted male nannies without any hesitation. But still there is no concrete answer to the question about their sincerer acceptance of the mannies as household manager. The most cases where mannies are kept as household managers are by the single mothers. But in cases of both the mothers and fathers present, hiring mannies or nannies depend on the more dominant of the two partners. Obviously, the others always suffer from a feeling of discontent. There are both advantages and disadvantages of hiring the male nannies as the household manager. For a single mother, having a male nanny will have a positive influence on his son. Males being more efficient and active than the females, it will be more helpful to the homeowners as a lot of household works can be done via them. As the number of mannies is less, finding a many will be a real difficult work. Also, men can be more frightening than the women.
