Background check is a process done by a company when they hire any new employee. It’s a process by which one can get an idea about the employee before he/she actually is taken on board. India background check is mostly done by a third party because the recruiters do not have enough time to check everything by themselves as there are hundreds of employees being hired everyday and the agencies can do the work faster too thus the recruitment process is done in no time.
