It makes your "job" easier.

2. Use their name 3 times in the first three minutes. There is nothing more marvelous to the ears as hearing ones own name. Human beings love to here their name. Use their name but don't wear it out. 3 times in 3 minutes is sufficient.

3. Never chase a potential business partner. This comes off as destitute and hopeless. You want to reveal and call them back. If they're not interested don't even think about calling them back 3 or 4 times leaving messages. If they want to moonlight with you to earn more finances they will call you.

In addition to that, if you "close" them into the company you'll probably have to "close" them into taking action and you don't want that. You want serious, motivated persons that will motivate themselves to work the company on a daily basis.

There is a right way and a wrong way to network marketing recruiting. These 3 tips will assist you build a rock solid company if you use them all the time.
