Thought leadership focusing on Human Resource related issues, deals with the knowledge gained from books, articles, reports etc. In this new era, the demands of customers have changed drastically. They want more sophistication, innovation, better solutions to their problems which the Human Resource Firms are failing to meet. Thus, although it was quite successful earlier, thought leadership has been on a steady wane recently.

A meager amount of thought leadership has seen the light of day, but nothing significant has happened. The downfall of thought leadership in terms of both quality and quantity has reached an alarming situation.
