Since the ancient times onwards the language called ‘Sanskrit ‘has been the part and parcel of the people. It has a long history and story about how it came into existence and became the part of Indian culture. This language has a long association with many of our folk tales, panchantras etc. Going back to history we can find a lot of contribution given by this language in making or forming of Indian culture.
Today also we see this language in use especially in the southern part of our country. It is also considered that this language is the main source language of all other languages which can be found in certain similarity with other languages.
With the passage of time other languages kept flourishing, increased users but Sanskrit language continued to decline due to modernization and less interest and effort by people to keep it retained. However, some people still use this language for many purposes no matter how less the number is, in certain parts of our country. With everything being engulfed by business today, we can say that this language, considered as our national heritage, is also not being spared from involving into business.
Nevertheless, English to Sanskrit translation is still required for initiating the business deal in those parts where people cannot understand modernized languages like English, Hindi etc. especially for legal, official and educational purposes. To some scholars it is the most fascinating language that makes them to put effort to revive the language.
