Chamanlal Kamani is the founder and chairman of Zuri Group Global. Chamanlal Kamani is having two sons, Deepak Kamani and Rashmikant Kamani they are the directors of Zuri Group Global. This was founded on 1999; kamani’s foundation is a charitable trust. The objective of this charitable trust was to provide necessary needs and requirement to the poor people and continue the trust activities without differentiating amongst caste and religion.
Deepak kamani’s foundation has set an artificial limb center in Rajkot, Gujarat to fulfill their goal of serving facilities and medical aid. This camp was so successful that even Kutch and Saurashtra regions wanted to organize the artificial limb center. Deepak kamani was conducting regular camps in any part of the country on the request of the Social bodies. The camp was conducted to provide awareness of artificial limbs to people. This camp was also provides necessary need such as metal calipers, plastic calipers and crutches.
Now as the idea of camp was going successful in Rajkot, Kutch and Saurashtra, Junagadh region also start conducting camp in 2002. On the request of Junagadh District Automobile Association this camp was so successful that more than 800 people had benefitted. Similarly as this all region have got success in conducting camp, Goa has also organized a camp in March 2007 and had benefitted to total 346 people in which 105 are provided artificial limbs and other medical aids.
On every 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day of the month, the camp was organized by the center and gives guidelines and awareness to the people. It is notified that at the end of every month, more that 100 peoples are benefitted. So far Deepak kamani’s foundation had helped to 11,728 people with total of 13,830 is provided equipments.
Deepak Kamani director of Kamani foundation has announced on the continuous growth of camp that he will continue keep on providing necessary equipments and medical for the artificial limbs by conducting regular camps. Deepak kamani foundation focuses on the betterment of people suffering from various physical disabilities. It ensures that their dignity and self-respect is well preserved.
Deepak kamani foundation wants that those people who are suffering from physical disabilities should join as equal and productive member of the society. For this his foundation would exert much energy by providing medical and educational services. Deepak kamani’s foundation has also benefitted to local police station by providing water pump set and long view torch set. Zuri group has supported to local self government by cleaning the canal of Kumarakom so that each field and housed gets free-flow and clean water.
At last Deepak Kamani ended by saying that “we believe in social beliefs and culture and we will keep out track of conducting social awareness camp and providing needs to the people and you will see more form us”
