One of the most important decisions you can make with regards to trade shows is your pop up displays. Disaster can strike if something goes wrong with your booth, this will also mean you risk losing money and effort that you have spent setting up. A good way to add a professional edge to your booth are pop up displays.

Pop up displays are assembled by using a metal frame that is usual lightweight for manoeuvrability and this is then cover with fabric or a fabric like material with your advertising message printed on. Size is the first consideration when choosing a display. Pop up displays generally start at 8 feet wide, for a small booth. Larger displays of up to 20 feet wide are available for double booths. In order to make sure your pop up displays are suitable for every show and convention you attend it would be best to purchase the smallest size as booth sizes can vary from event to event.

You can also choose from a range of shapes. A striking effect can be created using a right angled display with curved corners, this will make you booth look at lot better. If you have a larger booth then you may gain more from having a double pop up displays which can also act as a divider when talking privately with potential clients.

Good pop up displays should not need any tools for assembly and should be relatively quick and easy to put together. You do not need to be wasting time constructing a temporary display. Time saving devices such as magnets or spring loaded rollers means you can set up quickly and get on with the show. The entire display will collapse into a portable case. Look at the collapsed size. It will compact enough for you to be able to travel anywhere with it. This means a saving on baggage costs and also a reduction in the risk of something happening to your pop up displays.

The graphic panel can be made from various fabrics or from flexible plastic. Before choosing the material for your display, ask to see printed samples of the different materials. The end results should be bright, colourful and professionally presented. It is a good idea to make sure your pop up displays can be seen from a distance, to do this choose big bold fonts and pictures and lively colours.

If you have good pop up displays you should be able to use them in a diverse range of situations. Good pop up displays could turn your living room into an office space. Be prepared for your next trade show by choosing the right design for your pop up display.
